Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@alpharebel.com.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your KCUF® to a different size or style, you may do so within 30 days of purchase.  Send us an email at orders@alpharebel.com for an exchange authorization.  

Gifts
If the item was a gift and you are not the original purchaser, you are eligible to receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a store credit.  To initiate a return, send us an email at orders@alpharebel.com.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging your product.

PLEASE NOTE: Rush Processing & Express Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you select this option and pay the extra $50 and we ship out your product, we incur the cost of rush processing and express shipping.  In the case of a refund, the $50 Rush Processing & Express Shipping will NOT be refunded.  Your refund will only include the total cost paid for your product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When returning a product, you should use a trackable shipping service and make sure the item is insured. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be held responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
